If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 7 days

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

How to cancel

Go to your account page → Plan & billing → Manage subscription. Or email support@kippu.app and we will cancel immediately.

Refund eligibility

If the buying guide was not generated due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.

If the buying guide was successfully generated and delivered, refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@kippu.app with:

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

We respond to all refund requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

Please note: Kippu provides rail pass price comparisons as a reference tool. We do not sell rail passes directly. If you purchased a pass based on our recommendation and found a price discrepancy, please let us know at support@kippu.app — we will update our data immediately.
